We Are Independence Development

Our therepeutic approach is guided by the work of Bowlby and Winnicott, our approach transforms lives. We specialise in helping young individuals labeled with “high-risk behaviours,” using pschological therapeutic intervention. Despite many of our young people enduring past abuse and trauma, we use practical methods like cognitive behavior therapy to explore and positively reshape their thoughts, feelings, and behaviours.

OUR Approach

Our Residential Services

We have three types of residential services we offer young people; Supported Living (unregulated), CQC regulated homes & an OFSTED regulated home. Our two Support Living residences are based in Medway Kent. Our three CQC regulated homes; two based in Kent and one based in Birmingham. Our OFSTED regulated children’s home is based in Medway, Kent.
